The fans are applied to 0.5-35t/h industrial boilers that are equipped with an economizer (preheater) and a smoke and dust elimination device. They may be used for all equipment that has similar inlet conditions and corresponding performance, but the maximum intake temperature shall not exceed 250℃.
An 85% or above 85% (collection efficiency) dust collection device must be arranged in front of the draught fans in order to reduce smoke content in the fan, which will reduce smoke pollution in the environment, abrasion of smoke and dust, and will make for prolonging service life of fan. |
